Motivation
Nx preloads environment files before running Rstack commands. Values from
.envcan therefore override mode-specific values from.env.development,.env.production, and.env.production.local.Changes
Generate a root
.envwithNX_LOAD_DOT_ENV_FILES=falseso Rstack loads each project's environment files with its normal mode and precedence. Document the setting in the template README.Validated development and production dotenv precedence in a fresh generated Nx project, and confirmed
